Introducing Club Med Michès Playa Esmeralda

There’s a new Club Med resort coming to you in December 2019 and it’s pretty exciting!  The Club Med Michès Playa Esmeralda will be located along the Dominican Republic’s North Shore in a beautiful area with little tourist development.  It will also belong to Club Med’s Exclusive Collection which is the highest level of Club Med resorts.

• Laguna Limon: an ecological reserve with plenty of waterfalls – get your jungle fix here and embark on a hiking or horseback riding adventure!
• Samana Bay: a group of protected islands where you can see humpback whales migrating between the months of January and March. In fact, it is ranked one of the best places in the world to go whale watching!
• Montana Redonda: a mountain with panoramic, 360-degree views of the area! You can hike or drive up the side of the mountain, then try out the swings and hammocks available at the top for an adrenaline rush – you’re literally swinging over the edge of a mountain.
